Terms for buyers

Orders

1. Products are sold and shipped by different vendors. An order is confirmed when the vendor accepts it; until then you can cancel it yourself.
2. The price, any delivery charge and the total are shown before you place the order.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when the parcel arrives. We may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS or phone to confirm the order. Please only order what you intend to receive.

Returns

Products marked as returnable can be returned within the period shown on the product page. Returned items are inspected; prepaid orders are refunded after the inspection, and cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by the vendor.

Privacy

Your name, phone number and address are used only to deliver your order and contact you about it, and are shared only with the vendor, reseller and courier handling it. We do not sell your data.
